Nikolaus Nofels registration site
A small site where families in Nofels book the Nikolaus home visit in December: the schedule, the sign-up form, and where the donations go.

The Nikolausverein Nofels visits homes on the evenings around 6 December. This site took the sign-up off the phone and off paper: a family picks a preferred slot and a backup on a different day, lists everyone who will be in the house with a short note for the Nikolaus, and ticks that the data is deleted after the season.
It is a single page with calm serif type on a cream background, and illustrations of the Nikolaus and Knecht Ruprecht drifting slowly behind the content. The form is split into numbered steps, and the "people in the house" block can be added again for each child.
Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, hosted on Netlify. Submissions run through Netlify Forms, so there is no server, no database, and no email address or secret anywhere in the code. The team reads the entries in the Netlify dashboard and exports them as CSV, and a honeypot field keeps most spam out.
